iRefer automates the reward notifications. That is whenever the required referrals are made, the reward is triggered, and reward notification emails are sent out to corresponding participants. If you have rewards that can be distributed via email - for example coupon codes/ promo codes/voucher codes etc., then you can automate those using reward emails.
Physical delivery of non-email rewards is not automated at iRefer. That means if your reward is any cash or a gift card or a tablet or a T-shirt, then you have to take care of the physical delivery of the rewards. Your participants will be informed of earned reward thru emails (which you can customize). You can inform your users in those reward emails on how and when to expect those earned rewards.
